Protective Coatings

Miltec develops plastisol coating systems that add a durable polymer layer to metal and other prepared substrates. Applied through dip or spray processes, these coatings can provide protection from abrasion, impact, moisture, chemicals, corrosion, and environmental exposure while also improving grip, appearance, and surface feel.

Formulations can be customized for coating thickness, hardness, flexibility, color, texture, gloss, cure profile, and end-use environment. We work with customers to develop materials that perform consistently in production while delivering the required properties on the finished component.
