We are seeking a Technical Sales & Applications Engineer to bridge customer needs, technical development, and commercial growth. This is a hands-on role combining application engineering, customer technical support, product development, and business development. The successful candidate will work directly with customers to understand their processes and performance requirements, develop and optimize material solutions, support customer trials, troubleshoot applications, and help convert technical projects into commercial business. The position will primarily focus on plastisol, urethane, and epoxy technologies used in industrial adhesive, coating, foam, molding, sealing, potting, and related applications. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys solving technical problems but also wants direct exposure to customers and the commercial side of the business.
