Miltec develops plastisol and urethane materials for molded components that require flexibility, durability, impact resistance, chemical resistance, or specialized physical properties.

These materials offer designers an alternative to traditional thermoplastic and rubber processes, particularly for custom geometries, specialty applications, prototypes, and production volumes where conventional injection-molding tooling may be difficult to justify.

Formulations can be tailored across a broad hardness range and engineered for properties including tensile strength, tear resistance, UV stability, flame resistance, density, flexibility, and chemical resistance. Miltec can support customers at multiple stages — from developing the polymer formulation to producing the finished molded component.
