Miltec develops custom urethane and plastisol foam systems for applications ranging from cushioning and impact absorption to gasketing, insulation, sealing, and structural components.

Foam performance depends on much more than density. Hardness, resilience, compression set, skin formation, cell structure, dimensional stability, and processing behavior all influence how a finished component performs. Miltec develops formulations around these requirements and the molding or dispensing process used to produce the part.

Systems can be tailored across a broad range of densities and physical properties for open-mold, closed-mold, pour-in-place, and other production processes — from flexible cushioning foams to rigid structural systems and integral-skin components that combine a durable exterior with a cellular core.
