Miltec's capabilities extend beyond material formulation. We can manufacture finished plastisol and urethane components for customers looking to consolidate material development and molding with a single supplier.

Our molding processes support a range of component sizes, geometries, hardnesses, and production volumes. Because many plastisol and urethane molding processes require substantially less tooling investment than conventional injection molding, they can be particularly attractive for prototypes, specialty components, lower-volume programs, and products requiring unique physical properties.
