Some applications can be solved with an existing material. Others require something specifically engineered for the job. Miltec works directly with engineering, manufacturing, and purchasing teams to develop custom plastisol, urethane, and epoxy systems around defined application and processing requirements — starting from a performance target, an existing material that needs improvement, or a completely new application.

Our in-house development and quality capabilities allow us to move efficiently from laboratory formulation through pilot production and commercial-scale manufacturing, engineering around viscosity, cure profile, hardness, adhesion, density, chemical resistance, color, and dispensing requirements while maintaining formulation control, specification consistency, and batch traceability along the way.
